Built in digital camera

built-inThe 5-megapixel digital camera captures images reflected by prisms, and after taking photos of the entire scanning area, the device automatically combines the captured images into a high-resolution panoramic photo. Panoramic photos can be combined with point clouds obtained by Vz-6000 to create photo level realistic models for geological and geotechnical investigations, avalanche studies, geomorphology, and geological features.

Waveform data output(Optional)

adoptThe digital echo signal obtained by Vz-6000, also known as waveform data, is the basis for waveform analysis. By using RIEGL RIWAVELib software to output useful waveform data, digital waveform data based on echo signals can be used to investigate and study the situation of multiple echoes.

Compatible software packages

RIEGL VZ-6000 is compatible with RISCAN PRO software, Rjb, and workflow optimization software packages such as RIMING for ground laser scanners. The optional software plugin RIMTA3D can automatically allocate scanned data to the correct MTA area.
